This was our first time leaving the country and we are not young. Planning was an anxiety provoking experience for me. Kristin took numerous phone calls from me in the planning process and was courteous and informative. Kristin did a wonderful job finding us great accommodations. The itinerary was complete and easy to reference. All the places we stayed were unique in type, comfortable and clean. She was also able to promptly navigate a flight delay and get us a place to stay in an unscheduled lay over. We had an awful experience with Hertz rental in Scotland. This was no fault of Kristin's. She dealt with them relentlessly to get us a refund for insurance that Hertz forced upon us with scare tactics. She was always able to calm me down when we hit bumps in the road. All in all a terrific job with two high anxiety older adults.
